Northern Eurasia Node is supported by a consortium of research institutions of the Russian Service for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring (Roshydromet) including:

• Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute (coordinator, regional functions: seasonal monitoring, LRF for sea ice),
• Hydrometcenter Russia (regional functions: LRF for atmosphere, training),
• Main Geophisical Observatory (regional functions: climate services, atmospheric chemistry, training)
• Russian Institute for Hydrometeorological Information (regional function: data management).
