After listening to the wishes and visions of the experts from the Finnish Meteorological Institute and the WMO Arctic Climate Regional Center the graphic artist Tommi Mäkelä (Cloudless Ltd.) combined together elements that now constitute the ACF logo. The diversity of the Arctic is wonderfully captured: ocean, ice, atmosphere, ecosystems and peoples of the Arctic – all in perfect harmony. The logo exists in black and white, as well as in tranquilizing ocean blue.
