The Newfoundland and Labrador Quarterly Climate Summary provides an overview of the latest season’s significant weather, water and climate events and impacts as well as an outlook for the upcoming quarter for the region. This quarterly report is produced by Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC). Its geographical scope spans the island of Newfoundland and the continental area of Labrador on Canada’s east coast as well as the adjacent ocean waters. Quarterly issues are published in March, June, September and December covering winter (Dec-Feb); spring (Mar-May); summer (Jun-Aug) and fall (Sep-Nov).
